Sunrise Healthcare Solutions (SHS) is a UK based company owned by three nursing healthcare professionals. SHS will aim to provide high quality Homecare Support and Supported Living Services. SHS will aim to bring out the best out of each individual using the holistic person-centred approach. SHS will achieve its aims through policies, procedures and working with suitably trained and vetted staff.
Sunrise Healthcare will work in partnership with Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and Support Service Users within leading Local Authorities across UK offering high quality supported services to vulnerable adults at risk.
SHS will support service users to access a range of specialist residential and supported living services to adults aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, autism, epilepsy, Asperger’s Syndrome and those with behaviours that challenge.
